Connecting Shoptet

Connect your Shoptet store to Whisper to manage customer support with AI. This integration provides Whisper with your product catalog, order data, and customer info.

Recommended Method: Shoptet Marketplace#

The easiest way to connect is via the Shoptet Marketplace.

1. Install the addon

   Open the Shoptet Marketplace and install the Whisper addon.

2. Receive the verification code

   After installing, Shoptet will send a verification code to the email address registered with your Shoptet store (check your spam folder if you don't see it).

3. Select Shoptet in Whisper

   In Whisper, go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect integration, and select Shoptet.

4. Enter the verification code

   Enter the 8-digit verification code you received.

5. Verify and connect

   Click Verify & Connect.

Alternative Method: Private API Token#

If you cannot use the Marketplace addon, you can connect manually.

1. Select Shoptet

   Go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect integration, and select Shoptet.

2. Choose the alternative method

   Select the alternative method to connect with an API key.

3. Enter API token

   Enter your Shoptet Private API token and your store URL.

4. Connect

   Click to connect.
