Connecting Shoptet
Connect your Shoptet store to Whisper and start managing your customer support with AI. This integration gives Whisper access to your product catalog, order data, and customer information.
Recommended Method: Shoptet Marketplace#
The easiest and fastest way to connect is via the Shoptet Marketplace.
Install the addon
Open the Shoptet Marketplace and install the Whisper addon.
Receive the verification code
Once you click Order addon in the Shoptet Marketplace for your store, you will receive a verification code by email. Look for a message with the subject Complete your Whisper connection (if you don't see it, be sure to check your spam folder).
Select Shoptet in Whisper
In Whisper, go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect integration, and select Shoptet.
Enter the verification code
Enter the 8-digit verification code you received in your email.
Verify and connect
Confirm by clicking Verify & Connect.
Alternative Method: Private API Token#
If you cannot use the Marketplace addon for any reason, you can connect your store manually.
Select Shoptet
Go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect integration, and select Shoptet.
Choose the alternative method
Select the alternative method to connect using an API key.
Enter API token
Fill in your Shoptet Private API token and your store URL.
Connect
Click to complete the connection.
