Teams in Whisper help you organize your support operators into distinct groups. By setting up teams, you can ensure that the right conversations go to the right people and that the AI assistant acts appropriately for each specific group.

Why Use Teams?#

Dividing your operators into teams brings several key benefits:

  • Routing: You can assign specific integrations or mailboxes to a team, ensuring that operators only see threads relevant to their responsibilities.
  • Language Preference: Set a preferred language for each team, so the UI and some AI functions adapt to their needs.
  • Custom AI Instructions: Provide unique instructions to the AI for each team (e.g., "The Technical Support team should provide highly detailed, technical answers").

Where to Manage Teams#

You can view and manage your organization's teams in the settings.
