Welcome to Whisper! Whisper is your AI-powered e-commerce customer support platform, designed to be your AI colleague for daily communication.

Core Pillars#

Whisper handles your customer support through two main pillars:

  1. WhisperBot: An AI chatbot that lives on your website and automatically handles roughly 80% of typical customer requests. It knows your full product catalog inside out — including every product detail and PDF attachments linked to products. It also learns how your store communicates on its own.
  2. Email support: Connect all the email inboxes you use for customer support. Whisper suggests replies and can perform actions in your e-commerce system — always after your manual review.

How Whisper Learns#

During onboarding, Whisper performs deep research on your e-shop. By analyzing your product pages, shipping policies, FAQs, and blogs, it learns your product catalog and your brand's unique tone.
