Subscription and Billing
Manage your subscription, billing details, and invoices via the Stripe portal.

You can manage your Whisper subscription, billing details, and invoices through our integrated Stripe billing portal.
Managing Your Subscription#
Navigate to Settings > Subscription
Navigate to Settings > Subscription in the sidebar.
Click Manage subscription
Click Manage subscription.

A secure Stripe portal will open in a new tab where you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle.
- Update your payment method (credit card details).
- View and download past invoices.
- Cancel your subscription.

Inactive Subscription Warning#
If your payment fails or your subscription expires, you will see a banner at the top of the Whisper app: "Your subscription is not active."
- To restore access, click the button in the banner or go to the Subscription settings to update your payment details.

Invoice-Based Payment#
The self-service billing portal is for credit card payments. If you require payment by bank transfer based on an invoice, please contact our support team to arrange an individual offer.
