Integrations Overview

Integrations connect Whisper to your external systems, such as your email inbox or e-commerce platform. They are absolutely essential for giving your AI assistant the context it needs to effectively help your customers.

Types of Integrations#

There are two main types of integrations in Whisper:

  1. Email integrations: These connect your customer support inbox (via Gmail or IMAP/SMTP). This allows Whisper to receive incoming emails and send AI-drafted replies on your behalf.
  2. Product source integrations: These connect your e-shop (Shopify, Shoptet, WooCommerce, or Product Feed). This gives the AI access to your product catalog, order data, and customer information.

Managing Integrations#

You can view, edit, or add new integrations directly in the Whisper app by navigating to Settings > Integrations. Here you will find a clear list of all the integrations currently connected to your organization.
