WhisperBot is your AI chatbot that lives on your e-shop's website. It acts as the first line of defense for your customer support, answering questions, finding products, and handling common requests 24/7.

What WhisperBot Does#

One Bot per Integration#

Each WhisperBot is tied to a single e-shop integration. If you have multiple e-shops, you will have a separate WhisperBot for each one.

  1. View your bots

    Navigate to WhisperBots in the sidebar to see the list of your connected bots.

  2. Add another bot

    To add a second bot for another store, click + New WhisperBot to contact our support team.
