WhisperBot is a smart AI chatbot that lives directly on your e-shop. It acts as the first line of your customer support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It answers questions, resolves common requests, and most importantly—actively advises customers on their choices and guides them through the entire purchase.
What WhisperBot can handle#
- Automated query resolution: Thanks to AI that learns directly from your e-shop's data, it can independently resolve about 80% of common customer inquiries.
- Product recommendations: It connects directly to your catalog, allowing it to quickly search for and recommend the right products.
- Order status checks: It can check the current status of a customer's order (if you enable this feature and the customer verifies their email).
- Handoff to an operator: If it encounters a complex issue or the customer requests human help, it seamlessly hands the conversation over to your team.

One bot for each e-shop#
Every WhisperBot is always linked to one specific e-shop. If you run multiple stores, you'll have a separate bot running for each one.

In the left menu, click on WhisperBots to find an overview of all your active bots.
Add another bot
If you need to add a bot for another e-shop, click + New WhisperBot and reach out to our support team.
