Manage organization-level settings and user invitations.

As an administrator, you manage the high-level settings for your entire Whisper workspace (your organization).

Deleting an Organization#

If you need to permanently remove your organization and all associated data from Whisper, you must submit a formal request.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription

    Navigate to Settings > Subscription in the sidebar.

  2. Scroll down to the Delete organization

    Scroll down to the Delete organization section.

  3. Click Delete organization

    Click Delete organization.

  4. A contact dialog will open

    A contact dialog will open. Please provide a brief reason for leaving, and submit the request.

Our team will process the deletion and confirm when your data has been permanently removed.

Adding Users to Your Organization#

Currently, adding new users to your organization is handled by the platform administrators. If you need to invite a teammate, please contact our support team. Once invited, the user will receive an email link to accept the invitation and set up their account.
