Whisper's Email Support feature transforms your customer service inbox by using AI to draft replies and suggest actions automatically.
How it Works#
When you connect an email integration (like Gmail or IMAP/SMTP), Whisper fetches incoming emails. It then analyzes the conversation context and proposes draft replies or specific actions (like issuing a refund or updating an address) for your team to review and approve.

Email Modes#
The Email interface is organized into three distinct modes to help you focus:
- All: Displays every thread in your inbox, regardless of its status.
- Inbox: Your primary workspace. It shows threads that require your attention ("Needs reply") and those that have been resolved.
- Auto: Displays automated threads that do not require a human reply (e.g., newsletters, receipts).
