Navigating the App

An overview of the main navigation areas in the Whisper app after completing onboarding.

Once you've completed onboarding, you will land in the main Whisper interface. Here is a breakdown of the main navigation areas.

The main navigation is located on the left side of your screen:

  1. Chat

    Chat: This is your default dashboard. View and manage live WhisperBot sessions and past conversations.

  2. Email

    Email: Access your unified inbox where Whisper drafts AI-powered replies for your support emails.

  3. WhisperBots

    WhisperBots: Manage, configure, and train your connected chat assistants.

  4. AI Search

    AI Search: (Coming soon) A new way for your customers to search.

  5. Settings

    Settings: Access personal and workspace settings, including your profile, teams, integrations, and billing.

  6. Admin

    Admin: (Only visible to platform admins) Tools for managing organizations and users.

At the bottom of the sidebar, you can click your user profile to log out.

Mobile Navigation#

On mobile devices, Whisper uses a bottom tab navigation bar for easy access to the main sections:

  • Chat
  • Email
  • WhisperBots
  • AI Search
  • Settings
