Email Signatures

Set up an organization-wide email signature for all outgoing messages.

You can set up an organization-wide email signature that is automatically appended to all outgoing emails.

Setting Up Your Signature#

  1. Navigate to Settings > Signature

    Navigate to Settings > Signature in the sidebar. (Note: This setting is only visible if your organization has the Customer Support/Pro feature enabled).

  2. Use the markdown editor to format your

  3. Save your changes

    Save your changes.

This signature will now be applied universally to all replies and new emails sent from Whisper for your organization.
