Requesting a Custom Integration

If your e-commerce platform or internal tools are not supported out of the box, you can request a custom integration.

How to Request#

  1. Open Integrations settings

    Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the Whisper sidebar.

  2. Select Custom

    Click Connect integration and select Custom.

  3. Contact dialog opens

    A contact dialog will open.

  4. Describe your request

    In the message, please include:

    • The name of the platform or software you want to connect.
    • What data you need Whisper to access (e.g., product catalog, order statuses, custom CRM data).
    • Any API documentation links if available.
