Requesting a Custom Integration
If your e-commerce platform or internal tools are not supported out of the box, you can request a custom integration.
How to Request#
Open Integrations settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the Whisper sidebar.
Select Custom
Click Connect integration and select Custom.
Contact dialog opens
A contact dialog will open.
Describe your request
In the message, please include:
- The name of the platform or software you want to connect.
- What data you need Whisper to access (e.g., product catalog, order statuses, custom CRM data).
- Any API documentation links if available.
Our team will review your request and get back to you with timelines and expectations.
