A step-by-step guide to setting up your Whisper workspace for real customer conversations.

Setting up your Whisper workspace takes only a few minutes. Follow this step-by-step guide to get your AI assistant ready for real customer conversations.

Step 1: Account Setup#

After signing in, complete your user profile by providing your full name, selecting your preferred language, and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

Step 2: Organization Setup#

Next, set up your organization (your e-shop):

  1. Company name

    Company name: Enter your organization's name (e.g., Acme Inc.).

  2. Your e-shop URLs

    Your e-shop URLs: Provide the primary URLs for your e-shop.

  3. Data Processing Agreement

    Data Processing Agreement: Agree to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on behalf of your company as a Data Controller.

Step 3: Integration Selection#

Choose an integration to connect your data. You can select from:

  • Email
  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Shoptet
  • Product Feed
  • Custom

Connecting an integration allows Whisper to prepare your assistant for real customer conversations.

Step 4: Research Phase#

Once you've provided your URLs and integration, Whisper begins its deep research phase.

  • This process typically takes about 30 minutes.
  • Whisper will map your catalog, read your policies, and tune the AI's reply tone to match your brand.
  • You can leave this page; we will email you when your assistant is ready!

Step 5: Chatbot Preview#

Once research is completed:

  1. Upload your logo

    Upload your logo: Drop your logo or choose a file to personalize your widget.

  2. Try the chat

    Try the chat: Send a message in the live preview to see how your AI assistant responds to customers.

  3. Fine-tune in Settings

    Fine-tune in Settings: You can always adjust colors, texts, and behavior later in the settings.

Step 6: Email Support Preview (Pro Plan)#

Discover how Whisper helps with customer emails. You'll get an overview of:

  • Context-aware suggestions
  • Suggested replies
  • One-click actions

Step 7: Choose Your Plan#

Finally, select a subscription plan that fits your needs:

  • Start with a 14-day free trial.
  • No credit card required to start.
  • Then decide if you want to continue.
